簡介：In this film, a couple, after seeing the lovely job a friend of theirs has done in converting an old mill house into a cozy mansion, moves into an old farmhouse after persuading the current owner, an old man, to leave. When they arrive, he appears to be preparing to leave, but it soon becomes evident that the man has no intention of going to live with his children, and intends to stay in the house. 簡介： 65歲的布拉格老文學教師托克倫（德內克·斯維拉克 Zdenek Sverák 飾）看上去有些落后于時代，學生的叛逆讓他忍無可忍，在他向學生小施懲罰時也丟掉了自己的工作。賦閑的托克倫也許是為了擺脫沉悶的家庭氣氛，找到了快遞員的工作，然而很快就遭遇了車禍退出。已婚的女兒最近情感出現挫折，托克 倫一邊在超市中回收酒瓶，一邊替女兒照料外孫；他的兩位同事，退休老軍官和兼職小伙子，雖然表達方式不同，但同樣有感情的苦惱，托克倫為他們牽線搭橋，在顧客中也人緣頗好。托克倫時常幻想和形形色色的女子交往的畫面，妻子覺察到他們彼此疏遠的感情，但又無能為力。女兒和新男友驅車帶兩位老人郊游，這對老夫妻乘坐的熱氣球突然失去了控制…… 本片獲2008年捷克獅子獎最佳導演。最佳攝影等多項褒獎。
